What has been a dream for Roberto Pierre Paul aka Berto Belplezi is now a reality. He opened his Haitian restaurant on Friday in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
At Lamanjay Restaurant & Lounge, patrons can expect dishes that feature turkey, chicken and fish along with rice and beans. Some of the signature dishes, according to Berto Bel plezi, are a vegetable stew, a turkey stew and "sos pwa", a bean sauce.
"An attractive space, Lamanjay can easily accommodate two hundred clients for any occasion, Roberto Pierre Paul said to Menard Lavaud our reporter in Santiago.
Promotion of local products, a challenge that Lamanjay launches which promises to spoil its future customers.
