New Haitian Ambassador to the OAS Presents Credentials

The new permanent representative of Haiti to the Organization of American States, Jean Josué Pierre, presented his credentials today to Secretary General Albert R. Ramdin during a ceremony held at the Organization’s headquarters in Washington, DC.

“You will find in the General Secretariat a committed and solid partner, ready to work constructively, to listen with respect, and to translate dialogue into results, always in support of the Haitian people and their aspirations,” Secretary General Albert R. Ramdin assured.

Ambassador Pierre is a career diplomat. He has served in countries including France and Switzerland and held senior positions in his country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
