Haitians Living Abroad can get ID Card at Toussaint Louverture Airport

“The small office will serve mainly Haitian who arrive from abroad and want to obtain a secure Identification Card, can go to the kiosk of the Airport to obtain this document,” Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad said in a press release.
