Haiti: Corventina Honored as Best Player of 2023-2024 Season

Melchie Daelle Dumornay has made history by being crowned the Best Player of the 2023-2024 season by the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football on October 24, 2024.

This prestigious accolade marks a significant milestone as Dumornay, affectionately known as "Corventina" becomes at just 21 years of age, the first Haitian in history to achieve such recognition, securing her rightful place atop the Concacaf Prize List. 

A video released by CONCACAF showcased endorsements from several prominent figures in football, underscoring the widespread recognition of Dumornay's remarkable talent.
