The president of the Dominican Republic has barred former interim prime minister Claude Joseph from entering the country.
The order against Claude Joseph that was signed Wednesday President Luis Abinader also bans 12 Haitian gang leaders from entering the Dominican Republic.
Former Prime Minister Joseph has become a critic of the Dominican government and the current authorities in Haiti.
